2015 - First E-Library Pilot Project

• The first pilot e-library project was installed at Lae Secondary School Computer Lab for 106 Computer, in Lae ,Morobe Province.

2016 - Expansion & Collaboration with the Government

• E-library installations at:
  • Coronation College IEA (Lae).
  • Shalom Baptist Christian Academy (NCD).
  • Alotau Primary School (Milne Bay Province).
  • KB Primary School (Alotau, Milne Bay Province).
• Collaboration discussion with Education Secretary Dr. Uke Kombra.
• Two e-library installations in Tari Pori, funded by Hon. James Marape (then Minister for Finance).
• UNICEF E-library project: Installed e-libraries in 20 schools across PNG.

2017 - Nationwide Expansion & International Recognition

• E-library installations at:
  • Ware Primary School (Milne Bay Province).
  • Hoskins Secondary School (West New Britain Province).
  • Grace Memorial Secondary School (Wau District, Morobe Province).
  • Madang Teachers College (Madang Province).
  • Lae District Office (Morobe Province).
  • Butibam Village (Lae District, Morobe Province).
  • Research & Conservation Center (Eastern Highlands Province).
  • Bumayong Secondary School (Lae, Morobe Province).
  • Igam Barracks Library (Funded by AusAid,Morobe Province).
  • Madang Technical College (Madang Province).
• First International Expansion: Fiji became the first country outside PNG to receive a Chayil IT e-library.

2018 - Government Endorsement & Contracts

• E-library installations at:
  • Markham Valley Secondary School (Funded by Morobe Provincial Government-Markham District, Morobe Province).
  • Busu Secondary School (Funded by Morobe Provincial GovernmentLae District, Morobe Province).
  • Wasu Secondary School (Funded by Morobe Provincial Government-Tawie Siassi DistrictMorobe Province).
• Pending e-library project: Boera Primary School.
• Received E-Library Authorization Letter and secured an official E-library Contract.

2019 - Growth Continues

• E-library installation at Kerema Secondary School (Funded by late MP for Kerema,Gulf Province).

2020 - COVID-19 Impact

• Project expansions slowed down due to the pandemic.

  • Yangoru School of Excellence (Funded by Hon Richard MaruYangoru Saussia District,East Sepik Province).
  • Kubalia Secondary School (Funded by Hon Richard MaruYangoru Saussia District,East Sepik Province).
  • Ianu High School (Abau District,Central Province).
  • Kikori Secondary School (Funded by MRDC, Gulf Province).
• Busu Science Lab Project launched in Lae, Morobe Province.

2022 - Industry Recognition & SME Award

• E-library installations at:
  • Koiari Park Secondary School (BSP Community Project, Central Province).
  • Menyamya Secondary School (Funded by MP, Morobe Province).
• Runner-up in the PNG SME Awards for its impact on ICT in education.

2023 - Large-Scale Expansion in PNG

• E-library installations at:
  • Oksapmin Secondary School (West Sepik Province).
  • Semin Primary School (Southern Highlands Province).
  • Plateau High School (Southern Highlands - Kagua-Pangia District).
  • Koroba Secondary School (Hela Province).
• 50 Schools Submission: Proposed e-library project for 50 schools in Morobe Province.

2024 - Major Growth & National Recognition

• E-library installations at:
  • Lumi Secondary School (West Sepik Province).
  • Lae Christian Academy (Morobe Province).
  • K7 million allocated for 50 school e-library in morobe
  • Kagua Secondary School ((Funded by MRDC,Southern Highlands Province).
  • Gobe Technical School ((Funded by MRDC,Southern Highlands Province).
  • Koare High School ((Funded by MRDC,Southern Highlands Province).
• Winner of the PNG SME Awards (Ela Motors Awards).
• Huon District Staffs included in Chayil IT initiatives.

2025 - Future Expansion Plans

• E-library installation planned for Boreboa Primary School (BSP life Community Project, NCD).
• Education Minister Letter for e-library for the country
