2015 - First E-Library Pilot Project
- The first pilot e-library project was installed at Lae Secondary School Computer Lab for 106 Computer, in Lae ,Morobe Province.
2016 - Expansion & Collaboration with the Government
- E-library installations at:
- Coronation College IEA (Lae).
- Shalom Baptist Christian Academy (NCD).
- Alotau Primary School (Milne Bay Province).
- KB Primary School (Alotau, Milne Bay Province).
- Collaboration discussion with Education Secretary Dr. Uke Kombra.
- Two e-library installations in Tari Pori, funded by Hon. James Marape (then Minister for Finance).
- UNICEF E-library project: Installed e-libraries in 20 schools across PNG.
2017 - Nationwide Expansion & International Recognition
- E-library installations at:
- Ware Primary School (Milne Bay Province).
- Hoskins Secondary School (West New Britain Province).
- Grace Memorial Secondary School (Wau District, Morobe Province).
- Madang Teachers College (Madang Province).
- Lae District Office (Morobe Province).
- Butibam Village (Lae District, Morobe Province).
- Research & Conservation Center (Eastern Highlands Province).

- Igam Barracks Library (Funded by AusAid,Morobe Province).

- First International Expansion: Fiji became the first country outside PNG to receive a Chayil IT e-library.
